The HIstory of the harbor
A few years after the first Samson Society meeting began in Franklin, Tennessee, Nate opened up a house that he owned a couple of doors up from where he lived for some guys that were in various transitions in their life. It became a brick and mortar place where men could find community and support during times of need.
At around that same time Nate and Aaron began enjoying leading annual retreats and smaller regional retreats. They both loved getting to spend concentrated times where men got to jump into discovering their stories, hope in the gospel, and leaning on and trusting one another in the journey.
Samson Harbor brings both of those passions together in one place. It is a space where we look forward to enjoying times together for surprising and beautiful, messy and healing community.
The Harbor is a place where we press into life as we have come to know it and invite a deeper Gospel experience and healing to those areas of our lives that left us powerless and groping for cheap answers to deep wounds.
